Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TexCloud platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use TexCloud only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into contracts and, where applicable, authorized to act on behalf of your organization. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, submitting unlawful or harmful content, or using TexCloud in a way that could damage or overload our infrastructure.

4. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content to TexCloud, you grant TexCloud a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use the content as needed to provide and improve the service.

5. Intellectual Property

TexCloud and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including software, design, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding or intellectual property except as necessary to use the service.

6. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the service at any time. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TexCloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TexCloud if you materially breach these Terms, cause risk or possible legal exposure to us, or use the service in a way that could disrupt others. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TexCloud's main operating entity, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of TexCloud after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.
