You can message any company on TexCloud directly from their profile — useful for asking about capabilities, certifications, or starting a business conversation before requesting samples.

1. Visit the company's profile page and click Contact.
2. If you've already started a conversation with them, you'll be taken straight to it. Otherwise, enter a subject for your message and submit it to start a new chat.
3. The company's owners and admins are notified and can reply from their end; continue the conversation from your chat inbox.

Either side can close a conversation once it's resolved. This company-to-company chat is separate from the general "Contact us" support form used to reach the TexCloud team.
