Cómo añadir tus certificaciones
Certifications are the credentials your company holds — GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, EU-FLAX and others. Unlike the rest of your company profile, which you declare yourself, a certification is backed by the certificate document you upload, so buyers browsing TexCloud can see what you're certified for and until when.
Prerequisite: only your company's owner and admins can add, edit or remove certifications, and you must be working under that company (use the company switcher if you belong to more than one).
- From your company page, go to the Certificates panel and click Add Certificate.
- Choose the Certificate type from the list. You can hold many certifications, but only one record per type — to renew an existing one, edit it instead of adding it again.
- Upload the Certificate File (PDF, JPG or PNG). This is the document that backs the claim, so it's required.
- Click Extract info to have TexCloud read the certificate number, issue date and expiry date straight from the file, then check the values it filled in. You can always type or correct them by hand.
- Complete Certificate number (uppercase letters, numbers and hyphens only, e.g.
ABC-123-XYZ), Issued on and Expires on. The issue date must come before the expiry date, and the expiry date must be in the future — TexCloud won't accept a certificate that has already expired. - Tick the box accepting the terms of submission and click Add Certificate.
Some certification types are reviewed before they count as valid: those are saved as pending and become active once an admin approves them. The rest go live on your company page immediately.
Once saved, the certification appears on your public company page with its name, dates and status. Only members of your company can download the certificate file itself — everyone else sees the name, dates and status only. When a certificate approaches its expiry date, renew it by editing the record and updating the expiry date with the new document.
